Cancellation Policy:
Please note each stylist has the right to adapt their own cancellation policy accordingly, but the minimum general policy for the salon is:
We ask that all guests give a 48hr notice of all cancellations or changes to their appointments when possible.
If less than 24hrs notice is given, there will be a 50% cancellation fee charged.
No shows will be charged the cancellation fee and will be asked to put a deposit down for any future appointments made.
