CANCELLATION POLICY:
PLEASE NOTE EACH STYLIST HAS THE RIGHT TO ADAPT THEIR OWN CANCELLATION POLICY ACCORDINGLY, BUT THE MINIMUM GENERAL POLICY FOR THE SALON IS:
We ask that all guests give a 48hr notice of all cancellations or changes to their appointments when possible.
If less than 24hrs notice is given, there will be a 50% cancellation fee charged.
No shows will be charged the cancellation fee and will be asked to put a deposit down for any future appointments made.
